Christine has been riding since she was 6 years old and began competing under saddle and later hunter jumper at 7 years old. She had a Morgan pony named Valley short for My June Valentine (a birthday present in June). The pony had a white heart on his head for a marking. She then leased Star, a quarter horse and then purchased Andrew, a chestnut thoroughbred off the track when he was 3 years old going on 4 years. She trained him with Sharon Bush Flowers and had serious dressage lessons with Hans and a master class for eventing with Bruce Davidson. She competed and evented Andrew until she went to college with plans of pursuing her career to become a psychologist. Recently, Christine got back into riding and competing in dressage on Caruso with Jennifer Roth.

Now, Christine rides and trains Josef (Ukrainian for Joseph) (Josef was formerly called Joey or Joseph), a 4 year- old Thoroughbred that was purchased from Angela Moore. Josef raced and was then retrained in the basics in a hunter jumper fashion. She is currently training Josef for dressage and hound walking with potential to event and fox hunt in the future. Paige Liptak is assisting Christine with training Josef.
